Matriks Automate 2 helps customers reduce costs by automating business processes such as issuing sales orders, packing slips, invoices, reminders, bank statements and more. Matriks Automate 2 offers electronic document delivery and automatic storage, not only of the notifications, but also of the responses to the messages.

• Get Matriks Automate to automatically issue sales and purchase notifications and attach the relevant Dynamics NAV report as a PDF.
• Have Matriks Automate automatically send template-based email reminders 1, 2 and 3 when an invoice has been delayed.
• Every email that Matriks Automate sends out is tracked, so that every time a reply comes back, it is saved in the same dialogue and in the same context. All this happens automatically and without involvement.
• The user does not need to be further disciplined in the use of Microsoft Outlook or Dynamics NAV system to benefit from Matriks Automate. Matriks Automate works with any standard email infrastructure. You don't even need to install software on each client.
