Automation of reminder creation from Business Central to the Danish Debt Collection Agency (Gældsstyrelsen)

Dansk Producentansvar (DPA) manages producer-responsibility for products such as electronics, cars, batteries, packaging, single-use plastics, and fishing gear. DPA supports the circular economy by developing IT solutions for the collection and recycling of products.

The challenge
Previously, employees had to manually register and create reminders via web entry so they could be transferred from standard Business Central to the Danish Debt Collection Agency (Gældsstyrelsen). This process was both time-consuming and carried a high risk of errors.
